Unified Carrier Registration (UCR) is a program that mandates individuals and companies operating commercial motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce to register their business with a participating state and pay an annual fee based on their fleet size.

When registering for UCR, you need to provide information such as your DOT/MC number, President/Owner's name, address, phone number, email address, and the number of units driving under your MC number that you will be paying UCR for.
